At Park Avenue Fitness, we have many trainers with a wide variety of specialties and expertise. Whether you’re recovering from an injury or just looking to feel better about yourself, we have a trainer for you. We will create personalized workout plans with your specific needs in mind. Our aim is to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Monthly Events
Every month, we host an event and workshop. We focus on aspects that are relevant in our clients’ lives. Our most popular events include: our Annual Health Fair, Senior Fitness, Perfect Gait, Injury Prevention, and Mindset for Success.
*All of our events are fundraisers for the Second Harvest Food Bank.

Small Group Classes
Our recent expansion allows us to now offer small group classes! We've hand-selected our favorite instructors to come teach at Park Avenue Fitness. Classes include Gyrokinesis, Yoga for 50+, Balance, Circuit and Stretch, and Pop Up Bootcamps. We're constantly updating and adding classes, so make sure to check out the class schedule and sign up for our monthly newsletter.
