For those of us who don’t love going to the gym, these workouts are ideal as you can work out in a judgment-free environment. Each workout is 15 minutes long and is designed for those with sedentary jobs or lifestyles. We demonstrate different variations of each movement, so you can choose how hard you want to make your workout. We take the guesswork out of your workout - each video is designed by two of our certified personal trainers. We arrange the weekly videos so that you’re targeting different muscles every day of the week. By the time you’re done with your workout, you should feel energized and ready to tackle the day!
What Are The Workouts?
Here’s How It Works:
Four new videos will be available each week. Every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday morning, a new video will be ready for you. These videos will be in your portal for four days each and disappear in the evenings. The Monday video will disappear on Thursday, Tuesdays will disappear on Friday, Wednesdays on Saturday, and Fridays on Sunday.
