We put the personal in personal training. At Park Avenue Fitness we have many trainers with a wide variety of specialties and expertise. Whether you’re recovering from an injury or just looking to feel better about yourself, we have a trainer for you. We will create personalized workout plans with your specific needs in mind. Our aim is to help you achieve all your goals.

Tai Chi

Tai Chi is an internal Chinese martial art form. There are many benefits of studying Tai Chi, including:

Linda is our resident Tai Chi specialist. Sessions are available in person as well as over Zoom. If you want to build your skills at a more intermediate level or need an hour of your day to recenter yourself then contact us today for Linda’s availability. 


Pilates is an excellent form of low-impact exercise. Benefits of Pilates include:

  • Postural Alignment
 Whether you’re looking to do pilates on a mat or on the reformer, Christy is our go-to trainer. She has continued her education over the years and acquired multiple additional certifications on injury-specific movement. Christy brings 15 years of experience to the studio as well as her contagious energy.

Space-saving workouts you can do any time of the day. Each workout is only 15 minutes long and can be done right at your desk or anywhere else!
