Who Are We?

Park Avenue Fitness is comprised of
three private personal training studios. We provide one-on-one personal training in 25 and 55 minute sessions. Small group training is also available in 55 minute sessions.

Although our passion is health and fitness we recognize that it is not everyone’s. It is our goal to make your time with us enjoyable and send you out our door feeling taller, straighter and better equipped to face the world.
Exercise you do in the gym should make it easier to do the things you do love.

At Park Avenue Fitness we believe working out should strengthen you for YOUR life! Every person is different and needs different exercises.

Your basic structure, life experiences, injuries, personality, and daily activities require a different approach than the person next to you. We do not believe in the cookie cutter approach to exercise.

Our Experience

Our trainers have a wide range of experience in the fitness industry. We have owned local health clubs, taught fitness classes, and directed fitness, nutrition, and personal training programs at local health clubs. Most importantly, we are long-time local, highly experienced personal trainers.

We specialize in helping you set and reach your goals. Whether you need help with strength, balance, sports conditioning, coordination, weight loss, or stress control we have the right trainer and workout for you.
