Personal Training
At Park Avenue Fitness, we have many trainers with a wide variety of specialties and expertise. Whether you’re recovering from an injury or just looking to feel better about yourself, we have a trainer for you. We will create personalized workout plans with your specific needs in mind. Our aim is to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Tai Chi
Tai Chi is an internal Chinese martial art form. There are many benefits of studying Tai Chi, including balance, mobility, stability, calmness, and cardio. Linda is our resident Tai Chi Master. Sessions are available in person as well as over Zoom. If you want to build your skills at a more intermediate level or need an hour of your day to recenter yourself, then contact us today for Linda’s availability.

Small Group Classes
Our recent expansion allows us to now offer small group classes! We've hand-selected our favorite instructors to come teach at Park Avenue Fitness. Classes include Gryokinesis, Yoga for 50+, Balance, Circuit and Stretch, and Pop Up Bootcamps. We're constantly updating and adding classes, so make sure to check out the class schedule and sign up for our monthly newsletter.
