Get pickleball ready with stretches and exercises to improve your game and prevent injury. Our trainers will run three workshops: agility, stability and strength, and stretches to help you on the court!
Physical Therapist Matt Davis will discuss common pickleball injuries and how to avoid them.
Throughout the workshop, you can enjoy free 10-minute chair massages by O’Shins Healing Spa, demos from Tai Chi Master Linda, and free refreshments.
