Class Demo Schedule

12:00 Gyrokinesis with Sharron Barth - Experience the fluid and dynamic movements of Gyrokinesis® in this revitalizing class. Designed to enhance mobility, strength, and flexibility, we will explore spiraling motions, rhythmic sequences, and breathwork to awaken the entire body.

12:30 Yoga 50+ Level 1 with Denise Wendler - This class is focused on the special needs of students over 50. Props are provided to support students as needed. Open to all students who can get up and down from the floor.

1:00 Reflexology with Suzy Brown - In this 30-minute mini workshop, participants will learn simple, effective reflexology techniques to stimulate lymphatic drainage, enhancing the body’s natural detoxification process. Guided by Suzy, attendees will gain self-care tips to support immune health and reduce swelling, promoting overall wellness.
