Mary Doyle

Park Avenue Fitness owner and American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified personal trainer since 1998, Mary has vast experience with a variety of clients, from preteens to seniors. . As well as a trainer, she has been a Fitness Director for over twenty years, was a Health Club Owner for 11 years & has certifications as a Specialist in Brains & Balance Past 60, Orthopedic Exercise, Senior Fitness, Functional Training, and Nutrition.

Joan Romero

Joan has over twenty years of experience training clients and teaching in Santa Cruz county gyms. She is an ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified Personal Trainer and an ACE certified Senior Fitness Specialist, Orthopedic Exercise Specialist, Functional Training Specialist, and Nutrition Specialist.

Brittany Barrett

Brittany graduated from Cabrillo with an Associates in Kinesiology. She is a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certified Personal Trainer, Weight Loss Specialist, Golf Fitness Specialist, ACE Senior Fitness Specialist, and Precision Nutrition coach.
She writes healthy living tips, tricks, and recipes on her blog, A Life Worth Living.

Lisa Pate

Lisa has over thirty years of experience training clients and teaching aerobics classes. Growing up in Santa Cruz County she attended Soquel High and Cabrillo College. She has a degree in Exercise Physiology/Nutrition from San Jose State University and is a NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) certified Personal Trainer.

Linda Felicio

Linda is a Certified Tai Chi Practitioner by the Tai Chi and Qigong Association and by Grand Master Stephen Hwa Phd. whom she has studied Tai Chi and Qigong with for the last 16 years. Linda is a retired Trauma/Emergency room Registered Nurse with over 20 years of experience in Denver/Boulder, Colorado. She then received her Masters in Social Work and worked with a large homeless and senior community teaching Tai Chi.

Eric Deffenbaugh

Eric is a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine).  He is an NASM Certified: Corrective Exercise Specialist, Senior Fitness Specialist and Weight Loss Specialist.  He holds multiple qualifications with the TRX Suspension Training System. He is a Functional Movement Specialist (FMS Level 1) and a Certified Tai Chi Instructor through the Tai Chi for Health Institute.
